Who we are

About Mo Ships

We built Mo Ships because the freight industry has a trust problem. Shippers are tired of opaque pricing, unverified carriers, and lost communication.

Mo Ships LLC — Freight. Logistics. Delivered.

What we do

Mo Ships LLC provides customer-facing freight coordination and administrative support for shippers who need a clearer path from request to delivery.

We do not own trucks, aircraft, or ocean vessels. Transportation is arranged or provided through a contracted operating partner and third-party carriers. The operating partner supplies the applicable authority, coverage framework, carrier-administration process, and supporting technology.

Our role is to bring requirements, communication, and responsibility into one customer experience. Applicable shipment documents identify the operating partner, transportation provider, authority, and commercial terms for an accepted move.

Our Operating Principles

These aren't values we hang on the wall. They're the behaviors we hold ourselves to on every load.

Transparency

We make the responsible parties, shipment milestones, and applicable documents easier to understand before and during a move.

Accountability

When exceptions happen, we don't hide. We communicate proactively with context, an owner, and a clear resolution path.

Precision

From equipment matching to strict delivery windows, we manage the details with care — so your operations don't have to absorb our mistakes.

Partnership

We view ourselves as an extension of your supply chain team, invested in your operational success — not just a vendor on a rate sheet.

How Mo Ships Operates

We're a lean, process-driven coordination team. Here's what that means in practice:

Shipment requirements are collected and organized before capacity is requested
Carrier review is administered through the contracted operating workflow
Shipment milestones may be shared through I-Tracker and approved communication channels
Mo Ships remains the customer-facing coordination contact
