We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to our contracted operating partner and transportation providers involved in evaluating or performing a requested service; Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the website; Resend and our business email provider, which transmit and store quote-request messages; professional advisers, insurers, auditors, or authorities; and a successor in a business transaction.
We require service providers to handle information only for authorized purposes and subject to applicable contractual or legal obligations.
4. Quote-request processing
The website validates a quote request and sends it through Resend to Mo Ships' designated business inbox. The website does not currently maintain a separate customer or quote database. Copies may remain in business email accounts, Resend's systems, backups, security logs, and records shared with the operating partner for as long as reasonably necessary.
5. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, coordinate services, maintain required business records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer required, subject to backup and legal-retention limitations.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including HTTPS transport, restricted access to business systems, and established hosting and email-service providers. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
7. International processing
